Senator Cynthia A.Villar gave her Inspirational message during the Closing Ceremony of Training of Trainers on High-Quality Inbred Rice, and Seed and Farm Mechanization with 30 participants from Region 3 held at Greene manor hotel San Fernando, Pampanga facilitated by ATI Central Luzon. Under the Rice Tariffication Law that created the RCEF with extension component to make our rice farmers competitive, authored by Senator Cynthia Villar.
