Senator Cynthia Villar gave her message during the Dept. of Agriculture: Buwan ng Magsasaka at Mangingisda Celebration held in DA Headquarters recently where our volunteer trainer on agricrops production at the Villar SIPAG Farm School in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan Mr. Louie Bausa was recognized as the national first place winner of the best urban and peri urban garden.
