Senator Cynthia Villar gave her inspirational message during the Dept. of Agriculture National Urban and Peri Urban Program in Cebu by the Bureau of Plant, for the 1st Urban Agri summit. This is to help achieve food security by planting vegetables at home and doing composting of kitchen and garden waste.
