Senator Cynthia Villar gave her message during the Graduation Ceremony of Farmers Field School (#FFS), Production on High Quality Inbred Rice and Seeds Certification and Mechanization held at Bausa Intergrated Farm and Training Center Inc. This training is under the Rice Tariffication Law that created the the RCEF to make the rice farmers competitive.
The participants came from San Ildefonso, San Miguel and Guguinto, Bulacan. Present are Gov. Daniel Fernando, VGov. Alex Castro of Bulacan; Mayor Fernando Galvez Jr. of San Ildefonso, Congw. Lorna Silverio District III-Bulacan and DDG. Aniceto D. Bertiz III Deputy Director General for TESDA
