The BFAR 3, BFAR-National Freshwater Fisheries Technology Center and Villar SIPAG Farm School San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan conducted the Graduation ceremony of the Trainers Training on Freshwater Fish Species Technologies held at EDL Farm brgy.Dolores, Capas, Tarlac with 30 participants farm aquaculture owners from Region 1 and Region 3.
