PhilMech at the RCEF Rice Mechanization Component is in Sto. Domingo Ilocos Norte under the Rice Tariffication Law today for the distribution of Farm Machineries to fifty two (52) farmers cooperatives/associations of the Province. The RTL is principally authored by Senator Cynthia Villar, signed by the President on February 14,2019.
