Today, Sen. Cynthia A.Villar gave her Inspirational message during the Regional 4-H Club Congress held at Brgy. Calabuanan, Baler, Aurora with the theme "Expanding the Value of leadership and volunteerism over 70 years of 4-H excellence". Also present in the said event were ATI Region 3 Center Director Joey Belarmino together with 4-H Club Presidents and officers from different provinces of Aurora, Bataan, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija,Pampanga, Tarlac and Zambales.
