A Technical Working Group of Senator Cynthia Villar's Committee on Agriculture, Food and Agrarian Reform was conducted with the DSWD for the livestock, poultry and dairy competitivess enhancement bills at the Sotto Room 2nd Floor, Senate. With ASec Florentino Loyola, Jr., Directors Rhodora G. Alday, Bernadette Aquino Mapue-Joaquin, Edmund Monteverde, Mr. Jeson Romano, etc. for a better understanding of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program. Looking also at the
* KALAHI-CIDSS (Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services and the -
* Listahanan (National Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction) and
* Sustainable Livelihood Program. This provides beneficiaries with financial assistance, training programs, and access to microfinance loans which may be used for the agri industry.
