Senator Cynthia A.Villar gave her Inspirational message during the 45th Founding Anniversary of PhilMech and its 24th Postharvest Loss Prevention Week held at Munoz,Nueva Ecija with the theme PhilMech@45:Into the 4th Industrial Revolution. Special guests is DA Usec Leocadio S.Sebastian. Philmech Director Dionisio Alvindia, led the agencies' officers and staff in the celebration.
