Another Training Course under the RCEF Extension Component on the Operation and Maintenance of Rice Machinery was held in Roxas City, Capiz spearheaded by Philmech. There were 21 participants who attended the training all coming from the Province of Capiz.
Senator Cynthia Villar author of the Rice Tariffication Law gave a message to welcome and inspire everyone via a Video Message.
