Villar SIPAG and Senator Cynthia Villar turned over of Vegetable Seeds and Compost Fertilizers to Garcia Hernandez High School located in Brgy. West Ulbujan, Garcia Hernandez, Bohol. Seeds and Fertilizers were received by Mr. Jestone Cuarteros, School Agriculture Coordinator.
