Senator Cynthia Villar gave an inspirational message and sent vegetable seeds and organic fertilizers to promote home gardening to the women of Baybay City, the agricultural hub of Leyte.
Also present were Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Leyte Chapter President Carmen Cari, Vice-Mayor Ernesto Butawan, City Adminsitrator Florante Cayunda, City Agriculturist Moira Abarquez and Councilors.
